Job summary

Marsh Risk in Sydney is seeking a Senior Account Executive to join the Multinational team. This hybrid role requires at least three days per week in the office.

You will manage risk and insurance programmes for a portfolio of multinational clients, including renewals and growth, while partnering with Managing Principals to deliver tailored solutions and maintain strong client relationships across Marsh and insurer partners.

Qualifications

• Tier 1 FSRA compliance.
• Five years+ experience in insurance broking and managing client relationships within a portfolio environment.
• Knowledge of commercial insurance principles and risk management practices.
• Effective communication, stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Excellent Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Good time management and ability to work as part of a team and independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery, implementation and ongoing review of risk management and insurance programmes to meet client needs.
• Run your own client portfolio of accounts as well as supporting Managing Principals on more of the complex work for Multinational inwards and outwards clients generally.
• Support new and expanded business targets.
• Support Marsh Continuous Improvement Strategy.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with key client stakeholders through regular communication and service delivery.
• Partner with the Managing Principals to understand client businesses, risk exposures and insurance requirements.
• Develop and manage renewal, retention and portfolio strategies, while identifying opportunities to support client needs beyond traditional insurance products.
• Provide guidance on technical insurance matters, stay informed on complex claims activity, and work with internal teams to support client outcomes.
• Maintain accurate client records and apply relevant regulatory and legislative requirements in day-to-day practice.
