Job summary

Anglicare Southern Queensland is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Nambour Home & Community Service, providing nursing assessments, clinical case management and person-centred care to older Australians living at home.

Working independently in the community, you will support clients to maintain health, wellbeing and quality of life, require current AHPRA registration, nursing degree, CPR, police check or NDIS clearance, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Community nursing experience or transferable clinical skills.
• Strong clinical assessment and care coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and time management abilities.
• A passion for supporting older Australians.
• Current AHPRA Registration.
• Degree in Nursing.
• Current Driver Licence and reliable vehicle.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Either a Current National Police Check or NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
