Job summary

Zambrero's in Adelaide, South Australia is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead day-to-day operations, build a strong team, and ensure every customer has a great experience. You’ll be supported to run a high-performing restaurant within a fast-growing brand.

Your duties include leading daily operations, recruiting and training your team, driving a positive workplace culture, managing rosters and payroll, maintaining food quality and cleanliness, stock and cash handling, and upholding safety

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant or hospitality management.
• Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
• Customer-focused with excellent service skills.

About the Role

As a Restaurant Manager, you’ll lead day-to-day operations, build a strong team culture and ensure every customer has a great experience. You’ll be supported to run a high-performing restaurant while developing your leadership career with a fast-growing brand.

About You

Along with your strong work ethic and previous experience you'll have/be:

Experience in restaurant or hospitality management

Full Australian working rights or be a permanent resident

Strong leadership skills and the ability to bring out the best in a team

A passion for customer service and creating a great team culture

A hands-on approach and confidence working in a fast-paced environment
