Zambrero is seeking an experienced Multi-Site Restaurant Manager to oversee Oakleigh and Bentleigh restaurants in Victoria. This full-time leadership role requires hands-on management to drive customer experience, operational excellence, and strong financial results across two busy sites.

You will lead teams, optimize rosters, manage stock, and uphold safety and cleanliness standards while championing humanitarian values and growth within a fast-paced, global brand.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze P&L statements, budgets, and labor costs for profitability.
