Job summary

Woolworths Group is seeking a hands-on Store Services Lead to drive a multi-store Proactive Services team. You will coach a team responsible for cleaning, trolley collection and waste support, while creating rosters and collaborating with Store Leadership to plan priorities.

You’ll also manage attendance, hours, and budgets for consumables, while contributing hands-on to daily operations. A flexible, physically active role in a retail environment is required.

Qualifications

• Ambitious mindset and passion for people in retail.
• Flexibility to work across environments (shop floor, fridges, freezers, carparks).
• Good eye for cleanliness and attention to small details.
• Physical fitness is essential for this role.
• Organised to plan routines and timeframes with store teams.
• Valid full Australian driver’s licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team in cleaning, trolley collection and waste support.
• Create rosters to cover daily tasks and operations.
• Work with Store Leadership teams to identify challenges and priorities.
• Complete time and attendance, track hours and absences, ensure policy compliance.
• Order consumables and manage within budget.
• Contribute hands-on by performing core tasks alongside the team.
