Job summary

Woolworths Group is recruiting for a team member in Proactive Services to keep stores clean, trolley-ready and compliant. You will work alongside teammates to ensure a hygienic shopping environment, while contributing to daily operations and customer-facing service on the shop floor.

Responsibilities include rostering, supervising tasks, coordinating with Store Leadership and maintaining supplies, with a focus on safety and efficiency across different store areas.

Qualifications

• Ambitious mindset and passion for retail roles.
• Flexibility to work across shop floor, fridges, freezers and carparks.
• Good eye for cleanliness and small details.
• Physical fitness to perform demanding tasks.
• Ability to coordinate with Store Leadership to plan routines.
• Organised to ensure equipment and supplies are available.
• Comfortable with regulatory food safety and conduct frameworks.
• Valid Australian driver’s licence to collect trolleys.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team in cleaning, trolley collection and waste support.
• Create a roster to ensure daily tasks are covered.
• Collaborate with Store Leadership to identify priorities.
• Complete time and attendance, track hours and absences, ensure policy compliance.
• Order consumables for stores and maintain budget.
• Contribute hands-on to core operations and support day-to-day activities.
