Job summary

Woolworths Group is seeking a hands-on Team Leader for Proactive Services in New South Wales. You will lead a team across cleaning, trolley collection, and waste support, creating rosters to cover daily operations and working with Store Leadership to tackle priorities.

Expect physical work and a flexible schedule including early mornings, days, late nights and weekends. You will coach and develop your team, ensure safety and compliance, manage consumables within budget, and contribute

• Experience leading a team in a retail or service environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team within cleaning, trolley collection and waste support.
• Create a roster for your team to ensure all daily tasks are covered.
• Work with Store Leadership teams to identify challenges, opportunities and priorities.
• Manage time and attendance for team members and ensure policy compliance.
• Order consumables and manage supplies within budget.
• Contribute hands-on to core tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
