Job summary

Woolworths Group is seeking a hands-on team leader to oversee Proactive Services across stores. You will coach a team handling cleaning, trolley collection, and waste support, while coordinating rosters and budgets to ensure smooth daily operations.

You will work with Store Leadership to tackle challenges, maintain hygiene standards, and ensure safe, efficient daily activities. A strong eye for detail and flexible availability across shifts will help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Must have leadership experience in a retail or store environment.
• Ability to coach and develop a team across cleaning, trolley collection and waste support.
• Strong people management and rostering skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team within cleaning, trolley collection and waste support.
• Create a roster to cover daily tasks and operations.
• Collaborate with Store Leadership to identify challenges and priorities.
• Manage time and attendance, track hours, and ensure policy compliance.
• Order consumables within budget and maintain supplies.
• Contribute hands-on to core tasks to support day-to-day operations.
