Job summary

Woolworths Group is seeking a hands-on leader to guide a multi-store team across cleaning, trolley collection and waste support. The role involves coaching, rostering, and close collaboration with Store Leadership to meet daily priorities while maintaining hygiene and efficiency.

You will be responsible for attendance, budgeting for consumables, and performing core operational tasks alongside your team in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading retail teams.
• Ability to roster and manage attendance.
• Comfortable working across different store environments (shop floor, fridges, freezers, carparks).

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team within cleaning, trolley collection and waste support.
• Create a roster for your team to cover daily tasks and operations.
• Collaborate with Store Leadership to identify challenges and priorities.
• Record time and attendance, manage hours and absences, ensure policy compliance.
• Order consumables and maintain within budget.
• Contribute hands-on to day-to-day tasks (cleaning, trolley collection, waste management).
