Job summary

RATP Dev Australia seeks a Payroll Advisor to manage the compliant, end-to-end payroll lifecycle across NSW and VIC. You will support workforce on major projects with strict adherence to awards and legislation.

Applicants should have 4–5 years’ experience in end-to-end payroll, strong knowledge of Australian payroll rules, and hands-on experience with modern payroll HRIS platforms and time systems.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years with end-to-end payroll in a complex environment.
• Proficient with Australian payroll legislation and multi-state compliance (NSW & VIC).
• Hands-on with modern payroll/HRIS platforms and time & attendance systems.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Payroll: accurate pay runs, onboarding, leave management, allowances, terminations.
• Complex calculations: redundancies, retrospective adjustments, leave loading.
• Multi-State Compliance: NSW and VIC payroll legislation, PAYG tax, payroll tax, superannuation, workers' comp.
