Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end processing, reconciliation, and oversight of fortnightly payroll for 350+ staff.
• Manage the outsourced payroll vendor and ensure timely resolution of complex payroll issues.
• Administer payroll aspects related to employee transitions and lifecycle changes.
• Accurately calculate complex final entitlements and settlements in line with regulations.
• Monitor compliance with evolving legislation and governance requirements.
• Drive process improvements to enhance data integrity and reconciliations.

High proficiency in utilising enterprise systems such as Aurion or Workday, paired with advanced Excel capabilities for sophisticated data validation and variance analysis.
