Responsibilities

• Managing and updating customer records and job information accurately.
• Drafting and editing service quotes, reports, and other customer-facing documents.
• Monitoring stock levels and assisting with ordering supplies for the office and warehouse.
• Providing administrative support to operational teams in NSW, QLD, and VIC.
• Processing invoices and assisting with basic financial tasks.
• Maintaining confidentiality and managing sensitive information with professionalism.
• Supporting ad hoc administrative tasks and contributing to team meetings.
