Job summary

MiNECO is seeking a Multi Skilled Operator to join our crushing project at Moolarben, NSW. You will operate Excavators, Watercarts and Mobile Crushing Plants, with the ability to use a Rock Hammer and work within a mining or civil environment while adhering to safety systems.

Residential roster keeps you home every night and you’ll be part of a team of experienced mining professionals. The role offers competitive remuneration and opportunities for growth and development within MiNECO.

Qualifications

• Experience operating excavators, watercarts and/or mobile crushing plants.
• Ability to operate a Rock Hammer attachment.
• RII certification or Verification of Competencies to support machinery experience.
• Experience working in a mining or civil environment.
• Understanding of mining processes and safety systems.
• Current NSW Order 45 Coal Board Medical or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Operate excavators, water carts, and mobile crushing plants on site.
• Perform rock hammer operations as required.
• Maintain safety standards and follow site procedures.
• Collaborate with mining team on crushing project.

MiNECO are a national mining and equipment services business with assets across NSW & QLD. We provide mining solutions to tier 1 companies including bulk dozer push, coal quality & recovery, crushing, civil works and land & rehabilitation services. Based in Beresfield with a fully equipped workshop in Muswellbrook and assets across major Hunter region sites. Due to continued growth on-site, we are currently hiring 2x multi-skilled operators to join our crushing project at Moolarben.

About You

• Experience in Operating Excavators, Watercarts and/or Mobile Crushing Plants
• Ability to operate a Rock Hammer attachment
• RII’s or Verification of Competencies to support machinery experience
• Experience working in a mining or civil environment
• Understanding of mining processes and safety systems
• Current NSW Order 45 Coal Board Medical or ability to obtain
