Job summary

WorkPac Group seeks a Multi-Skilled Operator for a coal mine near Moura. You will operate heavy equipment including KOM 830E Dump Trucks and support machinery, with a 12.5‑hour, 7/7 day/night rolling roster.

Applicants should have mining experience operating multiple machines and hold a current Australian Driver Licence with the right to work. Drug and alcohol screens apply.

Qualifications

• Previous mining experience as a Multi-Skilled Operator within a coal mining environment.
• Experience operating multiple heavy machines (minimum 3) as listed in the job spec.
• Current Australian Driver Licence and right to work in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Operate KOM 830E Dump Trucks loaded by an Excavator and support machinery.
• Run CAT D10/D11 Dozers, CAT 16H/18M Graders, CAT Loaders up to 992 and Hitachi 5600 Excavators.
• Work 12.5‑hour shifts on a 7/7 roster with day/night rotation near Moura.

What you will be Doing

You will be working as a Multi-Skilled Operators within the Production Department on a coal mine near Moura. You will be operating KOM 830E Dump Trucks being loaded by an Excavator, CAT D10 OR D11 Dozers, CAT 16H & 18M Graders, CAT Loaders up to 992 and/or Hitachi 5600 Excavators. You will be working 12.5-hour shifts on a 7/7 Wednesday to Tuesday or Thursday to Wednesday rotating day and night roster. These roles are available to local (Moura) & DIDO candidates.

What you will need

Previous mining experience working as a Multi-Skilled Operator within a coal mining environment operating a minimum of 3 machines above

You will need to have obtained a Standard 11 & Coal Board Medical within last 2 years or be willing to attain this.

Current Drivers Licence & right to work in Australia

Ability to pass a drug and alcohol screen
