Job summary

Talent Butler is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead new builds, refurbishments and network improvement projects across Victoria. You will work closely with development teams, builders, consultants and stakeholders to drive projects from planning to opening, ensuring on-time delivery, budget control and brand compliance.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on, commercially minded approach with strong contractor management and budgeting experience in QSR/hospitality or multi-site

Qualifications

• Experience managing projects from planning through construction and opening.
• Experience in QSR, hospitality, retail or multi-site environments preferred.
• Understanding planning, development and authority approval processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage new builds and refurbishments end-to-end.
• Coordinate design, approvals and project delivery.
• Oversee budgets, tenders and procurement.
• Ensure delivery on time, within budget and brand standards.
• Coordinate multiple projects across Victoria.
• Maintain project programs, forecasts and reporting.
• Support capital works and network improvement programs.
