Job summary

Moir Group, an established Australian-owned engineering and manufacturing business, seeks a General Manager – Operations to lead end-to-end manufacturing and supply chain across multiple sites in NSW and QLD.

You will drive lean transformation, implement robust ERP reporting, and build high-performing teams while delivering scalable growth, quality, and exceptional service to customers in industrial, commercial, and mining sectors.

Qualifications

• Proven success leading complex, multi-site manufacturing operations.
• Strong commercial judgement and strategic capability.
• Lean principles and continuous improvement expertise.
• Data-driven performance measurement and forecasting.
• Ability to scale production while maintaining quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end manufacturing, supply chain, logistics and service operations.
• Drive lean initiatives and production optimisation.
• Scale capacity while improving throughput and cost efficiency.
• Implement ERP-driven performance reporting and planning.
• Strengthen quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Establish KPIs aligned to growth and customer satisfaction.
• Embed forecasting, asset management and risk mitigation.
