Job summary

FindStaff AU is currently recruiting an experienced Operations Manager for Hills District / North West Sydney, NSW. You will lead day-to-day production and operations, driving productivity, continuous improvement and KPI performance across the site.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will develop people, establish SOPs, and optimise processes while delivering measurable results. The role suits a hands-on, structured leader with Lean/Kaizen experience, ERP project exposure, and a track record

Qualifications

• Experience leading production or manufacturing teams.
• Exposure to Lean Flow, Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, or similar CI methods.
• ERP implementation or systems improvement experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day production and operational activities.
• Drive productivity, workflow efficiency and operational performance.
• Coordinate labour, resources and equipment to maximise output.
• Identify and remove bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across the operation.
• Support ERP platform implementation and optimisation.
• Develop, document and embed SOPs, workflows and standards.
• Establish KPIs and performance measures.
• Coach and develop operational teams and supervisors.
• Create a culture of accountability and ownership.
