Job summary

Downer is seeking a Multi-Site Manager to drive operational excellence across multiple retail outlets in Australia. You’ll oversee day‑to‑day operations, ensure sites open/close on time, and maintain presentation and visual standards across all locations.

You’ll lead and mentor Retail Managers and teams, manage rostering, payroll, and reporting, and ensure compliance with food safety and brand guidelines. This role requires flexibility for early starts, weekends and public holidays in a

Qualifications

• Experience in multi-site or senior hospitality/retail management.
• Experience with rostering and workforce management systems.
• Problem-solving and decision-making capability.
• Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (Essential).

• Ensure completion of operational checklists and compliance tasks
• Manage stock ordering and inventory control across outlets

The Multi‑Site Manager plays a critical role in ensuring operational excellence, team performance, and service delivery across the SCUH Retail environment

What You’ll Do (key responsibilities)

This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:

Ensure all sites are open and closed in accordance with trading hours and operational requirements

Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and visual merchandising

Ensure all marketing campaigns and brand standards are executed correctly

Lead, coach, and support Retail Managers, Supervisors, and team members

Oversee rostering, payroll, and reporting requirements

Ensure completion of operational checklists and compliance tasks

Manage stock ordering and inventory control across outlets

What You’ll Bring

Qualification in Hospitality or Business Management (Desirable)
