Qualifications

• Comfortable moving between operational duties and hands‑on leadership of the team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee administration/reception across multiple clinics.
• Manage rostering, leave, timesheets and staffing requirements.
• Lead and develop staff; maintain a positive team environment.
• Collaborate with cardiologists and medical staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor billing and administration processes; identify system improvements.
• Ensure high levels of patient service and experience across sites.
