Job summary

Contour Clinics, a premium cosmetic medicine group, is seeking a commercially sharp Practice Manager to own a clinic's operational, financial and people performance. Starting at Castle Hill and expanding to other Sydney clinics based on impact.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience managing a clinic, salon, retail or hospitality business with full P&L accountability.
• Strong leadership with accountability and leading by example.
• Data-driven and commercially minded, with the ability to turn KPIs into action.
• High emotional intelligence and a genuine passion for patient experience.
• Willing and able to work across any of our Sydney clinics as business needs change.

Responsibilities

• Own clinic performance: revenue, profitability, utilisation, average visit value, conversion and retention.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of clinicians and client care staff, with regular one-on-ones and clear KPI expectations.
• Deliver a consistent, premium patient journey, making sure every patient leaves with a clear next step.
• Embed our treatment planning and consultation standards, partnering with our Education Development Manager.
• Drive operational excellence: rostering, diary optimisation, stock control, SOP compliance and accurate use of DappleOS.
• Run daily huddles, submit weekly performance reports to Head of Performance and contribute to monthly Practice Manager meetings.
