Job summary

A Melbourne-based architectural practice, widely recognised for high-end multi-residential, commercial and cultural projects, seeks a Registered Architect to lead design and delivery with the broader team.

You’ll manage projects from concept to completion, prepare detailed Revit documentation, and collaborate with clients and consultants. The role suits an all-rounder with a sharp eye for design and strong contract administration experience.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Revit with strong documentation experience.
• Experience across multi-residential, single-residential, commercial sectors.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Thepractice is seeking a skilled Registered Architect to join them, capable of leading design and delivery of projectswhilstcollaboratingwith the wider team. They are on the lookout for an all-rounder with a strong eye for design and strong Revit documentation experience and contract admin experienceacross Multi-res / Mixed-use projects. Key Responsibilities

• Ensure outstanding project outcomes and deliverables, whilst being able to lead a small team

Skills & Experience

• Revit proficiency is a must!
• Rhino, Grasshopper, and Sketchup will be highly regarded
• Experience across a mixture of sectors including multi-res, single-res and commercial
• Knowledge of building construction and specifications (desirable)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Eye for detail and a high level of accuracy
• Take ownership and run projects autonomously
