Formación

• Registered Architect with Associate level or close to stepping up.
• Experience in retail, mixed-use or multi-residential projects.
• Proficient in Revit with NCC knowledge.
• Demonstrates proactive leadership and ability to manage a small team.

An internationally recognised architecture studio is seeking a talented new Associate to join their Brisbane team, taking a leading and studio-shaping role across major mixed projects!

Key Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale mixed-use, retail and multi-residential projects
• Oversee design development, documentation and project delivery
• Manage client relationships and consultant coordination
• Mentor and guide architects and graduates
• Contribute to studio operations and project resourcing
• Support business development and new project opportunities

Skills & Experience

• Registered Architect operating at Associate level, or very close to stepping up in their career
• Demonstrated background in retail, mixed-use or multi-residential projects
• Revit proficiency with sound NCC knowledge
• Positively-minded and proactive leadership style, with experience in managing a small team
• Confident client-facing with strong commercial awareness
