Job summary

Bespoke Careers is seeking an experienced Architect or Architectural Technician in Melbourne's CBD to join a mid-sized architecture studio on a 3-6 month contract working on a substantial multi-residential project. You will produce high-quality documentation using Revit, develop and maintain drawing packages, and collaborate closely with a Project Architect and project team.

Revit Technician/ Architect for Multi-Residential Projects

A respected Melbourne architecture studio is seeking an experienced Architect or Architectural Technician to join their CBD studio on a 3-6 month contract.

Known for thoughtful, design-led work across a range of sectors, this established practice offers the opportunity to join a close-knit team of around 35 people and contribute to a substantial multi-residential project.

Working closely with a Project Architect within a mid-sized project team, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality documentation and supporting the project through the documentation phase. This is an excellent opportunity for a Revit-skilled professional looking to join a collaborative studio and gain further experience on a significant multi-residential project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce high-quality architectural documentation using Revit
• Develop and maintain detailed drawing packages for a multi-residential project
• Work closely with the Project Architect and wider project team
• Contribute to Revit modelling, detailing and documentation coordination
• Assist with resolving technical and documentation issues throughout the project
• Support the delivery of accurate, coordinated construction documentation

Skills & Experience:

• Architecture or Architectural Technology qualification
• Previous experience working on multi-residential projects
• Strong Revit skills and experience producing detailed documentation
• Good understanding of Australian construction documentation and detailing
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively within a project team
