Job summary

CyberCX is seeking a Cloud Engineer for Cloud Operations in Canberra to deliver secure, reliable cloud services across AWS, Azure and Google Cloud. You will provide Level 2 and 3 support, manage incidents and service requests, and work within a Managed Services environment to maintain service continuity.

You will implement infrastructure as code, automate tasks, perform root cause analysis and contribute to cost optimisation and security improvements.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with one or more cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or Google Cloud).
• Experience delivering cloud support in a Managed Services environment.
• Understanding of incident management, monitoring and SLA-driven support.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain customer cloud environments across AWS, Azure and Google Cloud.
• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support, including incident resolution, service requests and escalations.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive improvements.
• Monitor cloud environments for availability, performance and security.
• Help ensure cloud environments align with security best practices and compliance.
