WHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ON

• Planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Supporting paid advertising activity across Google Ads and Meta.
• Optimising website content and supporting SEO initiatives.
• Managing email marketing campaigns, CRM activity and customer communications.
• Monitoring campaign performance, analysing data and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Working with internal teams, creative specialists or external agencies to deliver campaigns.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• Experience in digital marketing, either in-house or within an agency.
• Exposure to one or more channels, including paid media, SEO, email marketing or social media.
• An understanding of digital analytics, campaign reporting and performance metrics.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A proactive mindset, attention to detail and a willingness to get hands-on.
• A genuine interest in digital trends, new platforms and improving campaign performance.
