Job summary

CalibrX is partnering with a specialist consulting organisation to recruit an Integration Architect for a major Salesforce Health Cloud expansion. You will own end-to-end integration architecture across Salesforce, MuleSoft, data and enterprise platforms, setting security, performance and scalability standards.

You will lead workshops, create interface designs and decision records, and mentor delivery teams while communicating complex concepts in business terms to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong experience as an Integration Architect across complex enterprise environments.
• Experience designing integrations across multiple platforms, applications and architectural layers.
• Solid understanding of API-led connectivity, REST and SOAP services, event-driven integration and asynchronous design patterns.
• Practical Salesforce integration experience using APIs, events and enterprise integration patterns.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end integration architecture across complex Salesforce and digital programs.
• Design integration solutions across system, process and experience layers.
• Establish standards for security, performance, scalability, resilience, monitoring and error handling.
• Work across Salesforce, MuleSoft, data, cloud, security and enterprise platforms.
• Produce clear architecture diagrams, interface designs, technical standards and decision records.
• Lead technical workshops and communicate integration strategies, risks and recommendations.
• Provide technical oversight throughout the build, testing, deployment and production-readiness stages.
• Work closely with delivery teams to troubleshoot complex integration and performance issues.
• Engage with senior stakeholders and explain technical decisions in clear business language.
• Coach technical teams and maintain consistent integration and engineering standards.

CalibrX is Australia’s leading Salesforce recruitment agency, and we are partnering with a specialist consulting organisation supporting a highly recognised national business. The organisation has implemented Salesforce Health Cloud and is now expanding the platform across the wider business.

We are looking for an Integration Architect who has worked across multiple platforms, systems and integration layers. You will take ownership of the integration architecture, ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, resilient and practical for delivery teams to implement.

This is a complex enterprise environment involving highly sensitive data, so a strong understanding of integration security, data protection and identity controls will be important. Health Cloud experience would be highly regarded but is not essential.

Experience:

• Strong experience as an Integration Architect working across complex enterprise environments
• Experience designing integrations across multiple platforms, applications and architectural layers
• Strong understanding of API-led connectivity, REST and SOAP services, event-driven integration and asynchronous design patterns
• Experience with MuleSoft and Anypoint Platform
• Practical Salesforce integration experience using APIs, events and enterprise integration patterns
• Strong understanding of integration security, including OAuth 2.0, mTLS, certificates, secrets and identity controls
• Experience working with sensitive or regulated data
• Exposure to Azure, AWS, on-premise systems or hybrid integration environments
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and client-facing consulting skills
• The ability to balance strategic architecture ownership with practical delivery support
• Health Cloud, healthcare or other regulated-industry experience would be advantageous but is not essential
