Job summary

Talent International is seeking a Senior Integration Architect for a Federal Government agency. You will design, develop and maintain MuleSoft, iPaaS and REST API integrations, connecting Salesforce with enterprise applications while ensuring security and scalability.

The role combines hands-on integration work with architecture artefacts, governance forums and collaboration with business and vendor teams. Hybrid scheduling across multiple Australian cities.

Qualifications

• Three to five years’ experience in integration development or architecture.
• Strong experience with MuleSoft, Salesforce, iPaaS and REST API integrations.
• Proficiency in designing, developing, and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Experience producing detailed, practical architecture artefacts.
• Confidence presenting technical designs to architecture review boards and governance forums.
• Strong integration design, analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and technical documentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with technology vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to balance competing priorities in a fast-changing environment.
• Australian citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain an NV1 security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot complex integration issues and provide timely support to stakeholders.
• Document integration processes, configurations, standards, and best practices.
• Manage competing priorities within a complex and rapidly changing delivery environment.
• Monitor emerging integration technologies, practices, and architectural patterns.

A major Federal Government agency is seeking an experienced Senior Integration Architect with strong Salesforce, MuleSoft, iPaaS and REST API expertise. You will design and implement secure, scalable integration solutions that connect enterprise platforms, enhance the agency’s digital capabilities to improve customer engagement. This role combines hands-on integration expertise with architecture documentation, stakeholder engagement, and representation at technical governance forums.

• Experience embedding AI-assisted practices within software development or integration delivery.
