• MuleSoft Certified Developer and MuleSoft Certified Architect certifications are highly desirable.
• Technical expert in designing and developing MuleSoft solutions and up-to-date with integration trends.

• Excellent communication, client-facing skills and software services delivery know-how.
• Willingness to be on a 24x7 support roster.

Responsibilities

MTX is seeking a highly skilled and client-focused Mulesoft Developer to join our team. This role is key in driving the strategic direction, delivery, and success of Salesforce projects, ensuring they align with both client expectations and business objectives. They will also be willing to work as part of a rostered 24/7 support team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical guidance and support relating for the MuleSoft Anypoint platform.
• Define and execute the capability plan to create a culture of success, including team growth, performance, and development.
• Lead strategic planning around opportunity and product roadmaps to ensure we work with our partner both efficiently and with impact.
• Engage with clients to understand their business requirements and integration needs.
• Provide pre sales support, including solution design and proposal development.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client projects and ensure client satisfaction.
• Design MuleSoft solutions, including API designs, integration flows, and data transformations.
• Oversee the development and implementation of MuleSoft integration projects.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure high quality, scalable, and efficient solutions.
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to developers.
• Define and implement quality assurance testing strategies and ensure the quality of MuleSoft solutions.
• Perform testing and validation of integrations.

What you will bring:

• 3-5 Years of proven experience in MuleSoft integration and API management.
• MuleSoft Certified Developer and MuleSoft Certified Architect certifications are highly desirable.
• Technical expert, experienced in designing and developing state of the art MuleSoft solutions and be up to date with the latest integration and technology trends.
• Demonstrable experience driving growth, managing commercial operations and leading innovation
• Excellent people skills, commercial acumen, and a solid understanding of software professional services delivery.
