Based in Melbourne, the role offers hybrid and onsite work. The candidate should have 3-5 years of MuleSoft experience and relevant certifications, with a focus on API design, integration, and customer-facing delivery.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of proven experience in MuleSoft integration and API management.
• MuleSoft Certified Developer and MuleSoft Certified Architect certifications are highly desirable.
• Technical expert in designing and developing MuleSoft solutions and up-to-date with integration trends.
• Experience driving growth, managing commercial operations and leading innovation.
• Excellent communication, client-facing skills and software services delivery know-how.
• Willingness to be on a 24x7 support roster.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance for the MuleSoft Anypoint platform.
• Define and execute capability plan for team growth, performance and development.
• Lead strategic planning around opportunities and product roadmaps with clients and partners.
• Engage with clients to understand business requirements and integration needs.
• Provide pre-sales support including solution design and proposals.
• Be primary contact for client projects and ensure satisfaction.
• Design MuleSoft solutions including API designs and data transformations.
• Oversee development and implementation of MuleSoft integrations.
• Collaborate with development teams for high-quality, scalable solutions.
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to developers.
• Define QA testing strategies and ensure solution quality.
• Perform testing and validation of integrations.
