Chandler Macleod in Australia is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join a large Mining MSP. You will broaden your agency recruitment experience across talent acquisition, contract fulfilment, and workforce delivery in a structured, scale-focused environment.

You’ll partner with hiring leaders, source and assess candidates across blue‑collar, white‑collar, and technical roles, and support onboarding, compliance, and mobilisation to ensure smooth delivery.

Qualifications

• Agency or contingent workforce recruitment experience.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
• High attention to detail with strong systems capability.
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a strong service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring leaders to understand workforce needs.
• Source and assess candidates across blue‑collar, white‑collar, and technical roles.
• Support contractor onboarding, compliance, and mobilisation activities.
• Act as a key point of contact for candidates and contractors throughout their lifecycle.
• Work closely with mobilisation, payroll, and compliance teams to ensure smooth delivery.
• Maintain accurate system records and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
