Job summary

Chandler Macleod xPO is seeking an experienced Recruitment Business Partner to deliver recruitment and workforce solutions across a defined client portfolio in Australia.

You will act as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders, drive workforce outcomes through market insights, and manage contractor onboarding, extensions and offboarding, ensuring compliance and safety throughout the employee lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Proven end-to-end recruitment experience in MSP/RPO/agency environments.
• Strong stakeholder management to influence and build trusted relationships.
• Experience managing contractors with compliance-focused oversight.
• Understanding of workforce governance, safety and operational recruitment needs.
• Excellent organisational skills with ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Clear, customer-centric communication and collaboration across teams.

At Chandler Macleod xPO, we're looking for an experienced Recruitment Business Partner to join our team and play a pivotal role in delivering recruitment and workforce solutions across a defined client portfolio.

This is more than a recruitment role. You'll act as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders, driving workforce outcomes through strong stakeholder partnerships, market expertise, and end-to-end recruitment excellence. You'll also manage an active contractor workforce, ensuring compliance, safety and operational success throughout the employee lifecycle.

What You'll Be Doing

• Partner with hiring leaders to understand workforce requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy briefing through to offer and mobilisation
• Deliver recruitment outcomes aligned to workforce plans, KPIs and service level agreements
• Provide market insights and workforce recommendations that support informed hiring decisions
• Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and become a trusted workforce partner
• Manage contractor onboarding, engagement, extensions and offboarding activities
• Work collaboratively with recruitment, mobilisation, payroll and compliance teams to deliver seamless outcomes
• Contribute to workforce reporting, continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence activities

What You'll Bring

• Proven end-to-end recruitment experience within MSP, RPO, agency or high-volume talent acquisition environments
• Strong stakeholder management capability with the ability to influence and build trusted relationships
• Experience managing contractors and navigating compliance-driven environments
• Understanding of workforce governance, safety and operational recruitment requirements
• Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach
• Experience using ATS/CRM platforms such as Bullhorn or similar systems
• A proactive mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service and workforce outcomes
