Job summary

Rubiks IT, a growing MSP based in Miami QLD, seeks an experienced Level 2 IT Support Technician with MSP background to support small to medium businesses. You will manage helpdesk tickets, handle endpoint management, and perform network troubleshooting across Microsoft 365 environments.

The role requires minimum 2 years MSP experience, Intune/MDM familiarity, and solid TCP/IP knowledge, with full Australian work rights. Onsite support and proactive monitoring are part of the responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in an MSP environment.
• Experience with Intune / MDM.
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP and networking fundamentals.
• Full unrestricted rights to work in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Managing helpdesk tickets to SLA
• Endpoint management (Windows, iOS, Android)
• Network troubleshooting (switches, WAPs, firewalls)
• Onsite client support when required
• Documentation and proactive monitoring
