Overview

Lead the Future of Diagnostic Imaging in Victoria. Integral Diagnostics (IDX) is a leading provider of diagnostic imaging services with more than 2,700 team members across 150+ locations in Australia and New Zealand. IDX is listed on the ASX-300 and is driven by innovation, collaboration and excellence in patient care. This is an opportunity to join the Senior Leadership Team as General Manager - Victoria, overseeing a diverse portfolio of brands including Capital Radiology, Lake Imaging, Park, The X-Ray Group, Direct Radiology and Future Medical Imaging Group.

About the Role

Reporting directly to the CEO, the General Manager - Victoria is responsible for the strategic leadership, operational performance and ongoing growth of IDX's Victorian business, the largest operation across the Trans-Tasman footprint. This role drives commercial performance, operational excellence and sustainable growth while ensuring exceptional patient care remains central. You will work closely with Radiologists, the Senior Leadership Team and senior operational leaders to lead a high-performing organisation focused on delivering outstanding clinical outcomes, strengthening referrer relationships and identifying opportunities for future growth. You will be a visible leader across Victoria, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement while representing IDX with key healthcare partners and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic direction and overall performance of IDX's Victorian operations.
• Drive financial performance, business growth and commercial outcomes across multiple brands.
• Identify and deliver acquisition, integration and organic growth opportunities.
• Lead operational excellence initiatives to improve efficiency, service delivery and patient experience.
• Build trusted relationships with Radiologists, hospitals, referrers and key healthcare stakeholders.
• Lead and develop a high-performing operational leadership team.
• Champion a positive, values-driven culture focused on engagement, accountability and continuous improvement.
• Partner with the Senior Leadership Team to deliver enterprise-wide strategic initiatives.
• Ensure strong governance, quality, compliance and risk management across the Victorian business.
• Represent Integral Diagnostics as a leader within the Victorian healthcare community.

You are an experienced leader with a proven track record of leading large, complex, multi-site organisations through growth and transformation. You combine strategic thinking with commercial acumen and are equally comfortable influencing at Board and Executive level as you are engaging with frontline teams.
