Fujifilm Australia invites a Technical Specialist (MRI)/Project Engineer to lead complex MRI installation, commissioning and related project activities in Melbourne. You will coordinate with service, sales and customers to deliver safe, reliable imaging solutions.

The role requires advanced MRI experience, a Biomedical Engineering degree and licenses for electrical disconnect/reconnect and X-ray EPA/Radiation, plus strong software and networking skills and proven project management ability.

Qualifications

• Over 5 years installing and supporting MRI/Medical Imaging systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering or equivalent.
• Electrical Disconnect/Reconnect license.
• X-Ray license (EPA/Radiation).
• Experience with computers and networking.
• Proven relationship management with medical professionals.
• Proven project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead/support MRI installation, relocation, upgrades and commissioning projects with cross‑functional teams.
• Act as MRI technical escalation contact, provide remote and onsite support for service engineers.
• Provide coaching and technical guidance to MRI service engineers; deliver training on MRI systems.
• Engage with customers and internal stakeholders; coordinate with overseas support teams, manufacturers, and suppliers.
