Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ Field Service Engineer experience in healthcare.
• Electrical licencing as required by local regulations.
• Able to lead, coach and mentor junior engineers.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure and commission MRI and CT equipment to high standards.
• Diagnose and resolve complex faults using advanced troubleshooting.
• Manage escalations and coordinate with regional teams during incidents.
• Lead customer communications during major service events.
