Job summary

Team Global Express is seeking a reliable MR Driver for our Toowoomba depot. This full-time role offers an immediate start with Monday to Friday AM shifts and overtime opportunities.

You will deliver and pick up bulk freight across Toowoomba, ensuring loads are secure and delivered on time while maintaining a strong safety-first approach. You must hold a current MR license or higher, demonstrate punctuality, and have full rights to work in Australia.

About the role

Team Global Express is seeking a reliable and safety-focused MR Driver to join our Toowoomba depot, with an immediate start available. This is a Full-Time Permanent opportunity, working Monday to Friday with early morning (AM) starts. Overtime will be offered when applicable, providing opportunities to increase your earnings. Carry out bulk freight deliveries and pickups throughout Toowoomba and the surrounding regions, ensuring freight is transported safely and within required timeframes. Operate a Medium Rigid (MR) vehicle safely while maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach. Ensure goods and freight are delivered in good condition and to the correct destinations. Ensure loads are secured correctly using appropriate load-restraint equipment, including straps and chains where required. Maintain a strong safety-first approach, consistently following workplace health and safety (WHS) practices and procedures. Follow company policies and procedures, including reporting hazards, near misses, incidents and any safety concerns promptly. Complete delivery paperwork and other required documentation accurately. Conduct routine vehicle checks and report defects, maintenance issues or safety concerns as required. Keep the truck clean, presentable and in good working condition, while maintaining a tidy and organised yard and work area. Represent Team Global Express professionally when interacting with customers, colleagues and other site personnel.
