Green by Nature is seeking a hands-on Mowing & Brushcutting Team Leader to guide our open-space maintenance crews across Ipswich. You will lead from the front, mentor your team, and ensure safe, high-quality grounds upkeep.

The role features a Monday–Friday roster, a company vehicle and fuel card, uniform and PPE, plus ongoing training and clear career progression within a growing national business.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in roadside mowing and brush cutting.
• Experience leading or supervising a team.
• Current Manual Driver Licence.
• Construction White Card.
• ACDC Licence.
• Traffic Management experience or certification.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude.

• Operate zero-turn mowers, brush cutters, and other maintenance equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain roadsides and open spaces to the highest standards.
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and ensure machinery is well maintained.

• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure all work is carried out in accordance with company procedures.
