Job summary

Mow Bros Gardening on the Sunshine Coast is hiring a full-time Gardener to join a fast-growing team. The role requires teamwork, punctuality and good communication with staff and client groups. Gardening experience is preferred and physical fitness is essential.

You'll perform lawn mowing, trimming, planting, weeding and related outdoor tasks, with access to a work vehicle during hours and ongoing training to support your development and career progression.

Qualifications

• Gardening experience preferred.
• Must be punctual and physically fit.
• Able to work in a team and follow directions.

Responsibilities

• Lawn mowing and whipper snipping.
• Hedge trimming and pruning as required.
• Pole saw usage, leaf blowing, planting and weeding.
• Waste removal and basic schedule management software use.
• Organising, maintaining and storing equipment.

Mow Bros Gardening is a fast growing business based in the heart of the Sunshine Coast. Mow Bros Gardening prides itself as being a leader in both the Aged Care and NDIS Sector.

We are seeking a full time gardener to start as soon as possible. The successful candidate must work well in a team and carry out tasks independently following direction. The successful candidate will be punctual and have excellent communication skills, both with staff and client groups. Gardening experience is preferred. Must be physically fit.

Your role would include the following duties:

• Working with client groups and stakeholders to provide a great service.
• Physical duties are inclusive of but not limited to; Lawn mowing, whipper snipping, hedge trimming, pole sawing, leaf blowing, planting, weeding, and waste removal.
• Use of workplace software to assist with management of daily schedule.
• Organising, managing, and maintaining equipment.
