Job summary

Green by Nature on the Sunshine Coast is seeking a Garden Maintenance Team Member to help maintain premium sites. You will work with a small team, follow schedules, and take pride in tidy, healthy green spaces.

The role emphasizes mowing, brush cutting, trimming, client communication, and adherence to safety standards. The schedule is Monday to Friday with early starts and you’ll receive a uniform and PPE.

Qualifications

• Experience in Gardening with push and ride-on mowers, brush cutters, hedgers, secateurs, weed control and spraying.
• White Card required.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain various premium sites in the Sunshine Coast.
• Follow schedules and prioritise tasks to ensure timely completion of garden maintenance activities such as mowing, brush cutting and trimming.
• Regularly inspect garden areas to assess conditions, identify improvements needed, and implement corrective actions.
• Interact with clients to understand their preferences, address concerns, and provide updates on maintenance activities.
• Uphold Green By Nature's reputation by maintaining a premium site whilst working amongst staff of the facility.
• Monday to Friday work schedule with early start and early finish.
• Uniform and PPE supplied.
• Ongoing safety training programs and resources available.

About You
