The trustee for MATHIOU SERVICES TRUST – Townsville QLD is seeking a Gardener / Grounds Maintenance Specialist to care for outdoor spaces across multiple client sites. You’ll perform mowing, weeding, trimming, and general garden upkeep.

This role offers stable hours in a growing team with opportunities to access a company vehicle for work. You’ll work independently, follow a scope of work, and help maintain high presentation standards across sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in gardening and grounds maintenance.
• Ability to use garden tools and machinery (mowers, whipper snippers, hedgers).
• A manual driver’s licence (our vehicles are manual).
• Ability to tow and reverse trailers.
• Can work independently, following a scope of work.
