Job summary

Green by Nature is seeking a Gardening and Mowing Team Member to maintain premium sites across the Sunshine Coast. You will follow schedules, operate mowing and trimming equipment, and help keep outdoor spaces in top condition.

The role requires gardening experience, a White Card, and a valid driver’s license. You’ll work Monday to Friday with an early start, benefiting from a supportive team and ongoing safety training.

Qualifications

• Experience in gardening with mowing, brush cutting and trimming equipment.
• White Card certification is required.
• Valid driver's license preferred for site visits.

Responsibilities

• Maintain premium sites across the Sunshine Coast.
• Follow schedules and prioritize tasks to complete gardening activities on time.
• Inspect garden areas, identify improvements, and implement actions.
• Interact with clients to understand preferences and provide updates.
• Uphold the company’s premium site standards alongside colleagues.

What You'll Be Doing

• Maintain various premium sites across the Sunshine Coast.
• Follow schedules and prioritise tasks to ensure timely completion of garden maintenance activities, such as mowing, brush cutting and trimming.
• Regularly inspect garden areas to assess their condition, identify improvements needed, and implement corrective actions.
• Interact with clients to understand their preferences, address concerns, and provide updates on maintenance activities.
• Uphold Green by Nature's reputation by maintaining a premium site whilst working amongst staff of the facility.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in Gardening using push and ride on mowers, brush cutters, hedgers, secateurs, weed control and spraying
• White Card
• Valid Drivers' license
• Team player with excellent communication skills
