Job summary

Green by Nature on the Gold Coast is seeking a Gardening and Mowing Team Member who takes pride in neat, well-maintained green spaces. You will work across premium sites, following schedules and delivering high-quality garden maintenance.

Ideal candidates bring hands-on gardening experience with mowers and trimming tools, a White Card, a valid driver’s license, and strong teamwork and communication. Join a friendly team with Monday to Friday hours, uniform, PPE, safety training and clear

• Previous gardening experience with push and ride-on mowers, brush cutters, hedgers, secateurs, weed control and spraying.

Responsibilities

• Maintain various premium sites across the Gold Coast.
• Follow schedules and prioritise tasks to ensure timely completion of garden maintenance activities, such as mowing, brush cutting and trimming.
• Regularly inspect garden areas to assess their condition, identify improvements needed, and implement corrective actions.
• Interact with clients to understand their preferences, address concerns, and provide updates on maintenance activities.
• Uphold Green by Nature’s reputation by maintaining a premium site whilst working amongst staff of the facility.
