Responsibilities

• Coordinate the day-to-day activities of the team to ensure applications are assessed and actioned promptly.
• Manage allocation of resources within the work area to meet service delivery goals.
• Maintain oversight of matching vacated units to approved applications and communicate with stakeholders to facilitate this.
