Qualifications

• Applicants must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or hold a valid work permit or visa.
• Experience coordinating works and processes, including coordinating work allocation to staff/contractors/consultants, contract management, providing authoritative advice, and building strong stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the day to day activities of the team to ensure applications are assessed and actioned in a timely manner.
• Manage the allocation of resources within and the outputs required of the work area to achieve service delivery goals and expectations
• Maintain oversight of matching vacated units to approved applications, including communicating with stakeholders (internal & external) to facilitate this
