Job summary

Techforce Jobadder is seeking an experienced excavator operator for ongoing production mining at Mount Carlton Mine, Bowen Basin, QLD. The role requires operating excavators in a hard rock environment with a strong safety focus and teamwork. Immediate mobilization and a permanent roster are offered.

Candidates with Standard 11 (S11) and NPC clearance, plus valid licenses, will be preferred. Coal experience may be considered. DIDO or BIBO from Townsville available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' production mining experience preferred.
• Experience operating diggers on a mine site - REQUIRED
• Hard rock mining experience highly recommended
• Valid Standard 11 (S11) and relevant site competencies
• Clean NPC within the last 6 months
• Strong safety focus and ability to work within a team environment
• Coal operators may be considered

Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will be operating excavators in a hard rock mining environment. This is a great opportunity to secure long-term work on a well-established mine site, with modern facilities. Operators with hard rock experience are highly regarded, however coal operators may also be considered.
