Job summary

Resmed is seeking a Maintenance Manager for moulding operations in NSW. You will lead maintenance, tooling, calibration, and equipment reliability to maximize uptime, drive continuous improvement, and ensure regulatory compliance across GMP environments.

The role requires strong leadership, a track record in preventive/predictive maintenance, and collaboration with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing teams to sustain safe, efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline with significant maintenance experience.
• Minimum 8 years in maintenance/manufacturing engineering or moulding environments.
• Proven ability to lead maintenance activities for moulding equipment, tooling, and plant machinery.
• Strong knowledge of preventive/predictive maintenance, equipment reliability, and root cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead the maintenance function for moulding operations, ensuring maximum uptime and performance.
• Develop and improve preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs for moulding machines and tooling.
• Oversee calibration activities and ensure documentation meets regulatory requirements.
• Provide leadership and coaching to maintenance technicians and cross‑functional teams.
