Job summary

Worklane GmbH is seeking a Maintenance Manager for moulding operations to lead maintenance, tooling, calibration and equipment reliability. The role drives uptime, continuous improvement and regulatory compliance across manufacturing assets.

You will develop strategies, oversee preventive and predictive programs, and collaborate with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing teams to ensure uninterrupted operations and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical discipline.
• 8+ years in maintenance/manufacturing engineering roles.
• Experience with moulding equipment, tooling and plant machinery.
• Strong preventive/predictive maintenance and root‑cause analysis knowledge.
• Calibrations, maintenance docs and regulatory compliance exposure.
• Leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the maintenance function for moulding operations to maximise uptime and performance.
• Develop and improve preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs for moulding machines, tooling and equipment.
• Oversee maintenance, repair and optimisation of moulding tools and plant systems.
• Ensure calibration activities are documented and compliant with requirements.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions to reduce downtime.
• Lead cross‑functional teams and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
