Weir Group is seeking a Labourer/Moulder in Artarmon, NSW, Australia. The role runs onsite from 5:00am to 1:00pm, Monday to Friday, on a 6‑month fixed-term contract. You will contribute to high-quality sand moulding, operate required equipment, and participate in safety and process improvements.

You will bring practical tool-handling skills, reliability, and the ability to read simple instructions, with a focus on safety and teamwork in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment is required.
• Ability to read and follow simple instructions and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety and quality in daily production.
• Operate moulding equipment and related trades.
• Use overhead cranes and forklifts (if licensed) with care.
• Support apprentices and team members.
• Manage stock and maintain clean, safe work areas.
• Meet daily production targets and safety standards.
