Job summary

Egisgroup is seeking Incident Response Crew Members to provide the initial response to motorway incidents across Sydney, working on a rotating 24/7 roster. The role requires MR driver’s licence and NSW tow truck certification, with a strong emphasis on safety, communication, and coordination with emergency services.

Qualifications

• Must have Construction White Card and safety training.
• Demonstrated use of electronic communication systems.
• First Aid training with CPR and defibrillator use.
• Confined Space Awareness with breathing apparatus.
• Hazardous Materials Awareness and SDS knowledge.
• Traffic Controller and ability to implement Traffic Control Plans.
• Experience in major emergency exercises and incident response preparedness.

Responsibilities

• Provide initial response to motorway incidents as directed by MCC Operators.
• Assist motorists and operate response and recovery vehicles/equipment.
• Implement traffic controls and support safe clearance of incidents.
• Coordinate with control room and emergency services during incidents.
