Job summary

Egis Australia is seeking Incident Response Crew Members to provide the initial response to motorway incidents under the Motorway Control Centre. You will assist motorists, operate response and recovery vehicles, and support traffic control to help clear incidents safely.

Employed on a full-time, permanent basis with a rotating 24/7 roster across Sydney's motorway network, you will work with emergency services and control room staff while maintaining WHS standards and compliance with site rules

Qualifications

• Practical problem-solving skills and a strong customer and results focus.
• Ability to communicate clearly with the control room, emergency services and the public.
• Commitment to WHS and environmental requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide initial response to motorway incidents as directed by MCC Operators.
• Assist motorists and operate response and recovery vehicles and equipment.
• Implement traffic controls and support safe clearance of incidents in coordination with control room and emergency services.
• Work on a rotating shift roster, 24/7 across a network of motorways.
